Special Issue: How can virtual reality create a better way to learn basic life support?
Abstract
The immersion and engagement of virtual reality can greatly benefit practical training like basic life support, where simulation plays an important part of the learning process. This talk will present the benefits and disadvantages of virtual reality for medical training, and discuss the current state of the medium, with a view to where virtual reality for training and simulation is heading.
