Abstract

The implementation of a company wide performance improvement programme by EDF Energy is described which invested in both plant and people. The presentation focuses primarily on the implementation of a systematic approach to training and the use of simulation which has been a key contributor to improvements across industrial safety, environmental safety, and nuclear safety and improved plant operation.
